Offer users quick access to pertinent articles even before they initiate a search. Utilize the “Search.suggest(searchText, objectType, options)” method to provide a roster of Salesforce Knowledge articles whose titles correspond to a user’s search query.

This Visualforce page incorporates an input field for searching articles or accounts. When the user clicks the “Suggest” button, suggested records are presented. If there are more than five results, the “More results” button becomes visible. To view additional results, simply click the button.
